The World Bank’s TLSP program required a structured learning and development initiative to support more than 100 global leaders in strengthening leadership, coaching, and strategic decision-making. Leaders needed tools for coaching, team management, and problem-solving in a cross-cultural, high-stakes environment.

A leadership development program was created that blended structured learning with personalized coaching and peer collaboration. The course ranges from 3-4 months and consists of synchronous and asynchronous learning modules, delivered in cohorts of between 25-30 rising leaders.
